Friends, we are so excited to throw down at our 2nd annual Memorial Day Murph- WOD and Cookout!!
Event Details
Come join us for a community day built in honor of Lt. Michael Murphy. We will be honoring the men and women who serve and have served our country. Heats will begin at 8am.
*Remember there is a scale for everyone!
Family and friends are welcome to visit, and/or get a work out with our community. This includes the kiddos- they can hang out and cheer you on!
'Murph' was created in honor of LT Michael P Murphy (SEAL), recipient of the Congressional Medal of Honor, we remember a brother who gave his life for his fellow teammates during Operation Red Wings on June 28, 2005 in the Hindu Kush of Afghanistan.
WOD
For time:
+ 1 mile Run
+ 100 Pull-ups
+ 200 Push-ups
+ 300 Squats
+ 1 mile Run
…In a 20 lb vest or body armor...
Scaling options will be provided.
