RULES FOR PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARD: Voting will open at 7 p.m. CST, Thursday, December 1 and close at Midnight CST, Thursday, December 1. Submissions will only be counted during that time period and only from Twitter. Results will be announced via the Chamber's website and Social Media, Friday, December 2.
