Create new holiday traditions by learning how to decorate a couple of classic sweet treats!

Event Details

You will learn how to fill, roll and decorate a buche de noel (a traditional holiday cake served in Europe, made with vanilla sponge cake and frosted with swiss meringue buttercream).

The class concludes with learning royal icing techniques for 6 gingerbread cookies in assorted holiday shapes. Impress your friends and family with your new decorating skills this holiday season!

For ages 16 and older (attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is also registered for the class)
