Once you book your ticket online, you will receive an email with your ticket attached. Please print this ticket!! You will present this ticket to the Trolley driver for departure to AT&T stadium. You will also need to present this same ticket for your return trip to the hotel.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
No
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to ride the bus to the AT&T Stadium event?
State issued picture ID is required. Must be 18 or older to ride without an adult.
What are my parking options at hotel?
Most hotels provide free parking, but check with hotel to confirm.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the hotel?
Yes, and submit to hotel front desk staff. They will in turn, give you a pass to ride the shuttle.
What is the refund policy?
No refund!!
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
No, purchaser must be present with valid state photo ID and be a registered guest of the Trolley District hotel.
The transit operator accepts no responsibility for delays, losses, damages or injury to persons or property, including personal property left on a transit vehicle.
No alcoholic beverages or glass containers are allowed on transit vehicle.
No animals are allowed other than guide or service dogs for physically impaired guests.
