Shin-Soo and Mia Choo are pleased to announce the 4th annual Uncork for a Cause charity wine event to benefit the Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation.
Event Details
Join Choo, his teammates* and friends at Texas Live! Sports & Social Arlington, for an evening of fun and games, a specially crafted culinary menu, beer and wine bar, plus an auction packed with Rangers memorabilia and VIP ballpark experiences, local and national sports items, wine lots from some of California’s elite producers, plus travel opportunities to Napa, Sonoma and Italy.
This unique event also serves as the release party for Choo’s 2015 Sonoma red wine, of which only one barrel of this limited-edition wine was bottled. Admission includes food, wine and beer, plus a complimentary bottle of Choo’s red wine.
In addition, guests will enjoy an upscale wine tasting featuring the award-winning wines of Christopher Creek Winery, including their ultra-premium Russian River Valley Pinot Noir and Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.

The Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of those in our community — especially children, the military and first responders, and their families —through educational, health and athletic programming and partnerships that bring meaningful change to our communities. Since its inception in 1991, the Foundation has invested more than $30 million in our community to help children through support of programs including the Texas Rangers MLB Youth Academy at Mercy Street Sports Complex, presented by Toyota, youth fitness and wellness programs like the “just keep livin” programs, scholarships, and summer programming for children in challenging circumstances.
