Join us Thursday, December 5th at Martin House for the special release of Bacon Burnt Ends Stout 7% - Stout with Brown Sugar and Spices.
We’re tapping up BBE at 4:00pm. If you haven’t been to the brewery, we sell $10 wristbands on Thursday from 4:00-8:00pm and Saturday from 12:00-5:00pm. That $10 covers one pint glass and four 8oz pours of beer.
We’ll have about 20-25 other brews on tap as well.
BBE is a draft only brew for on-site consumption. We will not have any cans or growlers available.
Food truck for this day: Heim Barbecue & Catering Meat Force One of course!

What’s the story? What actually makes this a bacon burnt ends stout?
All it took was a few beers and a couple trays of bacon burnt ends on the patio at Heim Barbecue before it hit us like a bolt of lightning – let’s create a BBQ beer. But if we were going to do it, we had to do it right.
We wanted this beer to pair perfectly with BBQ so we started off with a 7% stout base, solid for the winter weather here in Fort Worth.
The specific ingredients and the amount of time and love that went into it is what really makes this brew special.
The inclusion of actual BBQ themed ingredients is three-fold.
1. We actually smoked the malts in the giant smoker at Heim.
2. Travis and the crew gave us access to their signature spice rub.
3. The beer was aged on bacon fat soaked oak staves which came from the same bacon burnt ends the beer is modeled after.
Once everything comes together, you get a nice sweet stout with a little smokiness, a touch of bacon, and all the bacon burnt end goodness you’ve grown to know and love.

Martin House is family friendly.
We offer non-alcoholic options (water, juice, kombucha, la croix, topo, etc) in our taproom.
For parking, there are many spots around the neighborhood. We also have parking next door at 120 S Sylvania AFTER 5pm - the parking lot next door on the other side of the shipping containers by the covered patio. Put that address in your maps app. Entrance is a little driveway about a block away. Don't park by the TX Draft building or their dock (northside).
