Mariachi Allende is a multi-generational mariachi group formed in 1996 by Roberto Ramirez. Currently including five generations. They travel all over Texas and the southwest performing and entertaining for crowds great and small. Current members include: Roberto Ramirez - trumpet, Miguel Rodriguez - trumpet, Alfonso Ramirez, Luis Ramirez and Vianey Rivera - Violins, Francisco Perez - Guitar, Danny Lopez - Vihuela and Jairo Salazar - Guitarron.
Ballet Folklorica Azteca was established in 1975 and is Fort Worth's oldest, largest and most recognized Mexican folk dance organization. As the original Folklorico dance group their mission is to promote Mexican heritage and encourage multi-cultural understanding by teaching culture and history through dance and music to youth and adults, thereby preserving traditions and instilling pride.
