We serve a pretty simple menu, there won't be anything you won't recognize, but we prepare our dishes with the freshest local ingredients and detail-oriented preparation techniques that provide extraordinary flavor you won't taste at a chain restaurant.
I believe too many choices can be a bad thing, so we only keep about 12-15 items on the menu at a time. This also enables us to put care and detail into each dish, presented beautifully and in sensible portion sizes.
I'm excited to see a restaurant like this one open in Burleson, and I'm confident our food, atmosphere and customer service will have people coming back for a long time to come.
