Hors d'oeuvres of House Made Pork Rinds with Green Onion Salt served from 6:30pm-7:00pm
First Course - Tuna Crudo with cilantro, pickled chiles, "Miller Lite" and tomatillo aguachile served with Miller Lite.
Second Course - "Blood & Honey" Glazed Pork Belly with field pea salad, charred sweet corn served with Blood & Honey.
Third Course - Crispy Chicken Roulade with english peas, smoked mushrooms, spring onions, "Rarewood Broth" served with Rarewood Ale.
Fourth Course - Shandy & Peach Panna Cotta with cocoa nib and puffed rice crumble, tarragon served with Shandy.
