Restaurant506 is offering a delectable three-course dinner menu this New Year's Eve, including a complimentary champagne toast. Wine pairings will also be available, and of course, the bar will be open as well.

Sesame Seared Ahi Tuna with fresh mango, grape tomatoes and wild arugula
Quail Breast Wrapped in Prosciutto and a balsamic reduction
Curried Lamb Pops over spiced creamed spinach, and topped with crispy shallots

Lump Crab Oscar over 7oz Fillet of Beef with loaded potato galette, and grilled portobello and zucchini blend
Caramelized Sea Bass with Soy Glaze parsnip potato puree, and charred brussel sprouts
