Come to our FREE SkyPole Open House for a Free Beginner Pole Dance Workshop & Demos!
You'll learn all about what Pole Fitness is! You'll also get to see a few performances from students & staff! 18+ please! Although this is fitness based, our routines are very sensual (i.e. no kids).
Wear regular workout clothing. No experience required! Do not wear any lotion or oils on your skin (it makes it hard to stick to the pole). You may want to bring a sweat towel & water.
You are welcome to take pics, Facebook Live, etc, we simply ask that you tag the studio if you post anything!
