Oktoberfest: Sausage Making

Join us for an Oktoberfest celebration and learn the sausage-making process!
Chef Ched Pagtakhan will teach you the sausage-making process from start to finish!

Recipes will be centered around Oktoberfest offerings and will focus on proper seasoning, grinding, stuffing, and cooking techniques. Participants will get to enjoy a sausage platter after the hands-on portion, complete with giant pretzels, mustards, and free beer (21 years+ only).

All participants will also get to bring home the sausages they make in class.

For ages 16 and older (attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is also registered for the class). Attendees must be 21+ to consume alcohol.

Braised Sauerkraut
Warm Potato Salad
Giant Pretzels w/ Various Mustards
Beer (21 years+ only)

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class for check-in
All attendees must wear closed-toed shoes. No heels, sandals, or hard soles are allowed
No jewelry is allowed on your hands or forearms during the class
No long, draping sleeves
Hats (baseball caps preferred) must be worn and long hair must be secured back or up
